Earlier this June all the churches in the Manabi province came together for a time of celebration and worship. Pastor Ruben went to each of the churches in the region and personally invited each pastor and their congregation to gather in Portoviejo for a concert. He also invited civil authorities: the Mayor, Prefect, and Judges of the Provincial Judiciary.
The trip to the different churches gave Pastor Ruben the chance to learn more about each church and its leadership. While visiting he had the opportunity to meet with the church leaders for fellowship and prayer.
The concert was held at the outdoor stage that the Linaje Del Rey church has used in the past for concerts. It has been more than 120 years since all of the churches were united and the turn out was amazing.
The evening was full of worship music and testimonials. It was an inspired and blessed gathering for the churches and a chance for all to gather in fellowship.
